If you want to invest in Dubai properties, then you first should ask, "Where should not I buy a property in Dubai?" In fact, very few agents are able to answer this question; hence, this is a step on the right way to find a good agent.
I will give you two examples where you should not buy:
Dubai South
It is the home of Dubai Expo 2020. The risk of buying in Dubai South is much higher than in other areas. As of August 2018, there are almost new 7,000 properties to be delivered in Dubai South, and most of them will be in the market at the same time; hence, huge supply with limited demand.Even though Dubai government has plans for After The Expo, but
Downtown Dubai
It is the "Center of Now" and home of Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifah; yet, you should not buy there:
1-The buildings there are close to each other with limited green areas.
2-There are new 13,000 properties coming to Downtown; so, you can imagine the future traffic.
3- Downtown Dubai will not remain as the center of the city. The new center is going to be Dubai Creek Harbour.
So, I advise to buy in Dubai Creek Harbour.
